Todd Scardina received his Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 2004. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2008. While attending the University of Denver he was a Senior Staff Editor for the Denver University Law Review, published an article on reproductive rights, and worked with Professor Arthur Best on several evidence treatises, including Wigmore on Evidence and Destruction of Evidence. He was awarded Scholastic Excellence Awards for Copyright Law, Oil and Gas Law, and Secured Transactions.
Mr. Scardina is a co-author of the “Workers’ Compensation and Disability Issues” chapter of The Practitioner’s Guide to Colorado Employment Law (2008). He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2008 and is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations.
Mr. Scardina’s practice emphasizes civil litigation, insurance defense, employment law, landlord-tenant law, collections, contract disputes and medical marijuana law.
